These questions came about in another class and I was just wondering what everyone else's thoughts were......
What is your definition of intelligence?
What deems someone intelligent?
How would you measure someone's level of intelligence?
I had a really tough time answering these questions!

Seriously, though, there's no definitive answer to this question. Technically, it means to be able to acquire and apply information, but we use the word to mean much more than that--we use it to mean a superior mind. So if we can't explain what we mean by a "superior" mind, then it's a tough thing to define.
